With over 20 years of coaching experience, Juan has worked in diverse locations, including Texas, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, and Colorado. Dedicated to player development and fostering a love for the game, Juan founded and managed a successful soccer academy in Quito, Ecuador, which grew to serve over 400 young athletes. Their extensive experience and passion for the sport have made them a respected figure in youth soccer coaching and development.
